Swimming Pool

Villa Niraclò is a villa for rent characterized by a large infinity pool with salt sterilization, 8m long and 15m wide, the depth ranges from 0.3m to 1.50 m.
Around the pool there are enough sun loungers for the entire guests, there is also a double sun lounger with shaded coverage.
There are three verandas that house two dining areas with a table and a relaxation area for tea or coffee. In correspondence, there is the barbecue area.

Outdoor

The garden, completely fenced with exposed masonry, is surrounded by a high hedge that reserves privacy and tranquility. The paving of the courtyard is in local stone and at the edges, there is a lawn with outdoor bathrooms and showers.

Access to Villa Niraclò is from the electric gate, the rental villa is completely fenced with outdoor video surveillance.

Interior Description

The interiors - Villa Niraclò

Villa Niraclò is a recently renovated villa for rent featuring updated interiors, new furnishings, and micro-cement resin flooring throughout. Access to the villa is via a secondary road with an electric gate and private parking spaces.

From the parking area, a pathway leads guests to the main entrance located at the rear of the villa.

Living Area
The entrance opens into the living area, which includes the dining room and a living room with a guest bathroom and views of the swimming pool.

The dining room features a large central table that seats up to 10 guests. Upon entering, to the right, is a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and a Smart TV (including SKY satellite TV) built into the fireplace.

At the back is a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island for food preparation, an induction cooktop with an extractor hood, a sink, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and an electric oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glasses (including shatterproof glasses for poolside use).

Sleeping Area
The sleeping area is divided into two sections. From the living room, you can reach the Master Suite Clò on the left and the remaining three Suites on the right: Suite Ni, Suite Ra, and Suite Mi. In the external annex, there are two additional bedrooms with two bathrooms. All rooms feature LED lighting and ducted air conditioning.

Master Suite Clò features a built-in double bed and an en-suite private bathroom with access to both an indoor mini-pool with hydromassage jets and a waterfall, and the large 15x8 m garden swimming pool (depth ranging from 0.3 to 1.5 m). Both pools can be heated upon request at an additional charge based on consumption.

The room features exposed brickwork/stonework and a built-in double bed (2.40 x 1.90 m headboard/frame size), complete with linens, towels, and four pillows. Built-in nightstands sit beside the bed, while wall niches opposite the bed serve as a wardrobe and luggage rack. The en-suite bathroom includes a double sink with mirror, WC, bidet, and shower. The indoor mini-pool with hydromassage jets can be accessed from both the bathroom and the garden.

Also from the living room, a hallway with wall skylights leads to the three bedrooms in the sleeping area.

Suite Ni, the first on the left from the living room, features a built-in bed and headboard with a double mattress, provided with four pillows, linens, and towels, plus a recessed wall closet. Beside the bed are two built-in nightstands with an overhead display niche. Attached to the room is a full bathroom with shower, WC, single sink, bidet, and a window facing outside. Lime-white walls and sea-blue tones dominate the space (the room is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system and air conditioning).

Suite Ra can be accessed both from the internal hallway and from the outside. It features a built-in bed frame and headboard. The double mattress comes with four pillows, linens, towels, and a recessed wardrobe. Attached to Suite Ra is a small full bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and single sink.

Suite Mi also has independent external access from the courtyard as well as from the internal hallway. At its entrance is a small hallway connecting the bedroom to the private bathroom. The room features a built-in bed frame and headboard, with a double mattress supplied with four pillows, linens, and towels. The small bathroom is complete with a shower cabin, WC, bidet, and single sink.

With independent and private access set away from the main building (approx. 100 m), there is an annex with two additional double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
