With a private park measuring 1 hectare and a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing, Villa Gaia is the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. And if you're looking to cool off on a hot summer day, the villa's swimming pool (which measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 140-250 cm) is just what you need. The pool is available seasonally from June 1 to September 15 and comes equipped with an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

While heating is available for an additional fee, it is only available from November 1 to April 15. The villa is accessible by motor vehicle via a 100-meter unmade road and offers on-site parking. And if you're looking to explore the area, nearby attractions include Castel Del Piano (11 km), Vivo d'Orcia (17 km), Bagno Vignoni (20 km), Montalcino (25 km), Pienza (32 km), and Siena (62 km). Just keep in mind that a car is recommended and the owner does not accept any youth groups.

Interior Description

This stunning 17-room villa spans 650 m2 across two levels and boasts beautiful and rustic furnishings. The ground floor features a large living room with an exit to the garden, as well as three double bedrooms, each with a shower/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden, and a room with two beds and a shower/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden.

The spacious living/dining room on the ground floor includes an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and kitchen corner, with an exit to the garden and pergola. There are also two rooms, each with two beds and a shower/bidet/WC, and two double bedrooms, each with a shower/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden. The large, open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, and has an exit to the garden and pergola.

On the upper floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, there is an open and large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and an exit to the terrace. This level also includes a room with a panoramic window with one bed and one double bed, a walk-through room with two beds and a shower/bidet/WC, and another room with a panoramic window with one bed and one double bed. The kitchen on this level is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for a coffee machine (moka), and there is a shower/bidet/WC. The large terrace measures 80 m2 and includes patio furniture, as well as a marvellous panoramic view of the valley.

The villa is comprised of a main part that is disposed in two floors communicating with an external staircase. Additionally, there is an annex located 10 m from the main building with a dining room with a kitchenette, a living room, two double bedrooms with a bathroom, and two rooms with two beds and a bathroom. Please note that when there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.

Other amenities in the villa include a washing machine (extra), a hair dryer, and internet (WiFi), and one pet/dog is allowed.
