Unit Layout
The villa is a 5-room, 200 square meter property spread across two levels. It features a comfortable and cozy living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace for decoration purposes, a dining table, and satellite TV. The living area has an exit leading to the terrace. On the main level, you'll find two double bedrooms, one with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and freezer, and it also has an exit to the terrace. There is an additional shower/bidet/WC on this level. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and one small room with a bed and a pull-out bed. There is also another shower/bidet/WC on the upper floor, but heating is not available in all rooms.

Amenities Included
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include air conditioning in select bedrooms, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), and a large 70 square meter roofed terrace with terrace furniture. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. Additionally, one of the double rooms with a shower/bidet/WC is situated outside the main house. It is important to note that when there are fewer guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
