The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor connection. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 bunk bed unit comprising 2 sleeping berths, making it a practical solution for younger guests. The kitchen is fully open to the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
