The vacation rental is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, situated on the first floor, and enjoying a south-west facing position.

The apartment features a living/dining room area with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. This room provides access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and another room equipped with a bunk bed that can accommodate two people, both rooms also have access to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has one shower/WC for convenience.
