Upstairs, accessed by a steep stair, is a small room with sloping ceilings that has two beds and a separate toilet.

It features a large 45-square-meter roofed terrace, as well as two smaller terraces, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, two deck chairs, and a sitting area. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
