A washing machine is available inside the house for shared use, providing a practical convenience during longer stays. Please be aware that access to the property is via a 1 km long unmade road that is narrow and uneven in places, followed by a stepped path leading up to the house itself. For this reason, a car is strongly recommended for reaching and staying at this property. It is also worth noting that animals are present in the neighbourhood, contributing to the authentic rural atmosphere of the location. The owner visits the basement floor of the house 3 to 4 times a week for a few hours during the day in order to tend to the countryside and the animals.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
