Comfortable house "Frappi" underwent renovation in 2017 and is located just 2 kilometers from the center of Castiglion Fiorentino. This vacation rental is also conveniently situated 10 kilometers from the center of Cortona, 17 kilometers from the center of Arezzo, and 23 kilometers from the lake. The property boasts 1,300 square meters of private land, complete with a well-maintained lawn and trees. There is a lovely above-ground swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters that is available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. An outdoor shower and 30 square meter terrace with garden furniture also grace the property. Additionally, there is a storeroom available, and parking for up to 2 cars on the premises.

The rental is located near a variety of shops and amenities, including a supermarket and railway station, both of which are just 2 kilometers away. For those who enjoy outdoor swimming, there is an option just 3 kilometers from the house. Alternatively, guests can venture a bit further to Tuoro/Lago Trasimeno, a bathing lake located 23 kilometers away. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the 9-hole course just 21 kilometers away, and those who enjoy tennis can play on courts located just 3 kilometers from the house. There are two bedrooms in this house, one with a French bed that measures 170 cm and the other with a French bed that measures 160 cm. Both rooms have air conditioning and guests can access the garden from one of the bedrooms.

A fully equipped open kitchen is also available for use, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen and guests can access the terrace from here as well.

The vacation home has a shower with a hydro massage feature and a separate toilet. Gas heating is available throughout the house. For the convenience of guests, there is a washing machine, safe, iron, and a baby cot for up to 2 year olds.

Internet access is available for free via WiFi and guests can park up to 2 cars in the reserved parking area at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking house and only one pet/dog is allowed. There are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.
