Additionally, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. Two of these double bedrooms have direct access to the patio. The property also includes a walk-through room with two beds.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Merveilleuse maison , avec vue magnifique sur la mer permettant de voir d'inoubliables couchers de soleil!
Nous avons adoré vivre nos vacances dans cette jolie et charmante maison idéalement placée pour visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne; l'espace piscine est très confortable, la piscine est grande et permet de passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables surtout la terrasse de devant toujours à l'ombre et très aérée. l'espace barbecue est très appréciable aussi.

We loved our holidays in this lovely and charming house ideally placed to visit the north west of Sardinia; the pool area is very comfortable, the pool is large and allows to spend good moments with family or friends. the outdoor areas are very pleasant especially the front terrace always in the shade and very airy. the barbecue area is very appreciable too.

Extremely nice, well equipped and suitable for our family vacation. We were a family of 10, six adults and four children ages 3 - 10, who enjoyed hours of fun in the beautiful pool.

Die Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die Bilder im Internet spiegeln auf keine Fall dieses Haus mit wieder. Ein sehr schöner Blick vom Haus/Pool in Richtung Meer. Ich habe noch in keinem Ferienhaus so viel Küchenequipment gefunden. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass es deshalb auch so perfekt war für uns, weil wir nur 6 Personen waren. Bei 12 Personen würde es schon eng werden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Abwicklung vor Ort auch unproblematisch. Der einzige Nachteil was, dass das WLAN nur im Wohnzimmer bzw. Terrasse eine gute Erreichbarkeit hatte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist trotzdem TOP !!!

A very nice view from the house / pool towards the sea. I have never found so much kitchen equipment in any holiday home. However, I have to say that it was so perfect for us because we were only 6 people. With 12 people it would be tight. The rooms were clean and the on-site handling was also unproblematic. The only disadvantage was that the WiFi was only easily accessible in the living room or terrace. The price / performance ratio is still great!

The villa is beautifully situated with the most stunning views , very rustic and spacious . Only down side was the kitchen for the size of the villa which is for many people , the kitchen is very small . You need a car as you are quite far out even for the local Suoermarkets. The agency are very quick to respond to any issues that may arise their service was brilliant . Thanks again Sardinia is a beautiful island definitely worth a visit
