When booking a vacation rental in Italy with us, the price point of a rental can vary quite a bit depending on the location, type of property, size, number of sleeps, and more. However, generally, you will have to book for a minimum of seven nights (though we do have some shorter stay holiday rentals in Italy to choose from) and then pay an amount per night.

Our least expensive, most budget-friendly rental starts at €21 per night and our most expensive luxury villa costs €10,000 per night. So, theoretically, the least amount of money that you will spend is around €147 for a week’s stay and the highest should be €70,000.

On average, of course, the amounts are neither quite so low nor so high. For a two-bedroom villa in Italy, prices generally range between €100 and €300 per night. Meaning that a week should cost between €700 and €2000+ for a vacation rental in Italy to house a small family or group of friends.
