Big house of average quality, but great private garden + great view near the swimming pool! Excellent when you can live outdoor in summer.

We were very pleased with Pancole Q. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is exceptional, and the owners were responsive to our questions and needs. We were less impressed with the restaurant -- in the gastronomic heart of the world, they could do better. After two tries, we decided to go into San Gimignano to eat or to cook in the villa. That said, we had a great time and would recommend Pancole to anyone.
