The owner is VERY helpful [even though he lives in Florence, but does have an office in Radda, and does return phone calls], which is v. necessary on moving in or out, since the 'accessibility' description is not very accurate. One can, theoretically, drive to within 10m of the apt, IF you have a small enough car [as the owner does], but only in the AM. Our Fiat 500L would never have made it. The parking [over the city wall beyond the apt] was definitely more than 100 m, including a long flight of stairs. The location is v. convenient in one respect, being 10 m from the city info office, whose staff is good in English and helpful in absolutely any way that you would desire. The location is challenging for senior seniors since it is uphill from everywhere, w/. a final long flight of stairs to enter the apt. The apt. is somewhat under furnished, w/. only two comfortable seats in the LR, but the BRs and baths are fine, and there is a PC. The owner [keyholder] speaks English well, but is v. busy, so you must get him to slow down, e. g., while explaining the washing machine.

Beautiful surrounding and view of nearby San Gimignano. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was cozy and entire property well maintained. Large garden with several bbqs and seating areas available for the guests. Swimming pool as well to cool off in summer time. We loved our stay (couple with toddler)

We had the same positive experiences as detailed in most of the reviews. Don't want to repeat all insights/aspects already mentioned here, what we personally found very good was the friendly ambience and the nice places seen on our horse riding tours.
Torneremo presto.
Grazie mille

The flat was neatly eqipped. The pool clean and maintained. The garden in top condition. The most remarkable was the frindlyness of the landlord family. I wish all people going there the same enjoyable vacation we had. Couple of 50 years.

We loved our stay at Fattoria Armenia. Three couples stayed in late May 2014 and so enjoyed the experience of staying at a family run farm. Steffania, Alessandro, Julio and Jacobo made us feel as if we were one of the family. They were so warm and welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. Salariato worked very well for the six of us and was very roomy. The master bedroom was especially nice. When we return, which we hope will be soon, we will probably stay in the cottage as it has a wonderful private outdoor space on ground level. The views were outstanding and the area as wonderful as it looks. We all loved being surrounded by the many animals including dogs and puppies, lovely horses to visit in the field, and many more. We miss you all and hope to see you again very soon! Diane and Dave Mazzei, the Sibleys and the Swedes
