Vila je umístěna mezi olivovníky a vinicemi s famózním výhledem na Badia a Passignano. Po náročných výletech po okolí jsme se vždy rádi vraceli do vily a k bazénu, kde jsme relaxovali. Ve vile bylo čisto, i když rekonstrukce koupelny a kuchyně by vile jen prospěla. Nicméně starý nábytek a vybavení dodávalo vile takový pravý toskánský nádech, že vám nějaké to pětiminutové čekání na teplou vodu nakonec vůbec nevadilo. Shrnutí: Celkově byla vila za tu cenu měla nabídnout lepší vybavení a nebo alespoň wifi zdarma, nicméně všechny tyto nedostatky překonají skvělý zážitek a atmosféra, na základě které se opravdu cítíte jako v Toskánsku. Vila je dobrým výchozím bodem pro návštěvu Florencie (30 min), Sieny (35 min) i ostatních menších měst v okolí. Dokonce i malé pěší procházky okolo vily jsou naprosto dostačující pro nádherné výhledy. PS: Dostali jsme na přivítanou domácí olivový olej a láhev červeného vína, které jsme si následně od domácích dokoupili, protože bylo vynikající.

The villa itself was very nice and well designed (but not well maintained). Regretfully, this is the one and only good thing to say about the villa.
The location is about 1.5km outside the nearest village (on a dirt road). Hard to access and simply nothing to do around it. Location is always a subjective issue. If you are looking for a very quiet and insulated place, it can be nice to you.
In addition, the villa has about 10 taps, but not even one of them gives a smooth water flow. All of them gives splashes and/or very weak water flow.
The owner was very kind. She helped us with navigation, finding a supermarket and more.
Despite this, owner is a really miser and really greedy. nothing is included. Almost everything is an "extra".
There were many many hidden costs:
- 120€ for final cleaning (while usually 50-60€ in other properties, if any)
- 49€ for using the gas for few days
- 25€ for a small dates-change only few days after the booking and few months prior to the arrival date
- 22€ taxes
- 20€ for the Wi-Fi password (!!!) while everyone gives it for free nowadays
- The owner asked for 500€ deposit, while 250€ written in the voucher (We didn't pay it)
The entire garden is completely dark at night ("Because electricity is very expensive"). Upon arrival, we brought our bags from the car using the smartphone's led like thieves... The owner took me to the gas meter to read it (because it also "not included") in a complete darkness using the smartphone's led... really poor & disparaged welcoming.
In conclusion:
This villa has an isolated location, but it has the potential to be a nice place to stay.
The owner must learn some basic rules about fairness, proper disclosure, customer service and interpersonal relations before continuing to serve customers...

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit tollem Blick über die Berge und auf das Dorf Badia Di Passignano. Der Zustand des Hauses ist gepflegt und auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.
Der Pool ist toskana-typisch nicht beheizt aber sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert.
Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte auch das Tor erwähnen, da das Schild schwer als solches zu erkennen ist (dunkelbraune Schrift auf braunem Hintergrund).
Küche und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Vor Ort können selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Rotwein erworben werden. Auch Holz für den offenen Kamin steht zur Verfügung (sehr zu empfehlen).
Einziger Negativpunkt ist der schöne Tisch auf der Terrasse, der leider etwas hoch ist, sodass auch grosse Menschen in unbequemer Haltung essen müssen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The casa was adorable, the serenity was fabulous, and the owners were wonderful. Don't pass up the opportunity to get a home made meal served in your casa or special room they have! It's AMAZING.
