Das Beste am Haus ist die Lage. Von fast jedem Zimmer und der toll ausgestatteten Terrasse hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die Küstenorte bis hin zum Meer. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Pool selbst ist etwas älter aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit antiken Möbeln, Bildern und Dekorationen. Die Bäder sind geschmackvoll, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Küchenbereich, den wir nicht sehr gepflegt vorgefunden haben. Trotzdem war die Ausstattung gut: Großer Kühlschrank, große Töpfe, genug Geschirr, so dass wir für unsere Großfamilie mit 15 Personen gut kochen konnten. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und sehr zufrieden!

We had a truly amazing holiday in this lovely villa. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The owners who live next door are not intrusive but do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect place for a vacation in Tuscany! The villa is amazing and charming, modern enouhg but also cosy and full of history. Beatiful garden, big pool and tenniscourt, good supermarkets and a village near. Florenze and Chianti region near. Up on a hill with great views. Very friendly owner and gardener/maid. The chef was great aswell.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, der viel Ruhe bietet, dennoch die Nähe zum nächsten Ort Sarteano mit vielen guten Restaurants und der pittoresken Altstadt. Moggiano ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wird gut und mit herzlichem Engagement der Besitzerin betreut. Der Pool ist groß, sehr sauber und bietet angenehme Erfrischung. Vom Haus und dem ganzen Gelände gibt es weite und wundervolle Aussichten auf die herrliche südtoskanische Landschaft.

Wir waren 8 Leute und hatten genügend platz. Der Urlaub war super :O)
Die Anfahrt zum Haus gestaltet sich ein wenig schwierig, es ist ziemlich steil, schmal und zum Schluss ist es ein Schotterstraße.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

het huisje stelt niets voor en er wordt veel teveel geld gevraagd voor een ruimte waar je bij regen niets mee kunt.

Beautiful villa with stunning views in a very lovely area. Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and places to visit within easy reach by car. Service discrete but good. We would highly recommend

Die Wohnung war schön, insbesondere die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war sehr groß und man hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Gestört hat uns, dass der Pool nicht sauber war, weil er die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt worden ist. Auch die Liegen am Pool waren nicht sauber und man mußte jeden Tag die Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel entfernen. Die Anlage liegt ziemlich abseits, aber in einer sehr schönen Landschaft.

What bothered us was the fact that the pool was not clean, because it has not been cleaned during the whole week. The chairs at the pool were not clean and we had to remove every day the deposits of birds. The residence is located a bit far away, but in a very beautiful surroundings.
