Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated in quiet and panoramic location amidst the hills surrounding the small town of Montaione. This property offers spacious outside areas and a nice, well-kept garden surrounded by woods and fields. The interiors are welcoming and furnished in a rustic style.
The location is in easy access to many of the beautiful art cities in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca as well as the charming towns of Certaldo and San Gimignano.
Thanks to its large indoor and outside areas, this property is ideal for the organization of weddings, ceremonies and special events (on the villa ground floor there are large rooms used for this purpose only and not accessible when the villa is rented for holiday).
The access to the property is via a private, unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.

We stayed 12 people at the Villa in Mid October to celebrate my mother's birthday. We could not have been happier with the villa! It is nicely furnished, all the rooms are very nice, the dining room/living room is very spacious and there is even an extra smaller living room, which we used for the kids to play. The kitchen is well equipped even though it is on the small side. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. The surroundings are beautiful. We had a chef that came to cook for us one night. I can really recommend that! The food was absolutely excellent, even though there was a bit too much of it, and the chef and his assistant were very pleasant.
I can also highly recommend a place called Fattoria Poggio Alloro. This is a farm / B&B / restaurant, with absolutely lovely people growing organic wine, olives and saffron and serving amazing food together with their excellent wines with a view that is absolutely magic. You cannot be in the area without visiting this place! Also a visit to the adorable town of San Gimignano cannot me missed.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The villa was lovely, the pool ideal and the views, fabulous and all the information provided was really helpful. The bedrooms were pleasant and all a good size but the kitchen was slightly small for the number of people in the villa. Note that there's no local taxi service so there was no option but for one of us to drive when we ate out, (and that meant a double trip to pick everyone up). Overall a fabulous week.

Beautiful 6 bedroom villa on over 200 acres of a working estate. Accommodations were very good, the owner helped us with reservations at local restaurants, two grocery stores just a short drive away. We had a chef arranged to prepare dinner one evening and it was an excellent addition to our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and the scenery.

Excellent villa on the outskirts of Montaione, a charming Tuscan high-top town. The villa was everything we expected and more...It was exactly as described on the website and the owner was a wonderful man that helped us repeatedly during our stay. We would highly recommend the villa which was situated on a huge plot of land with both working vines and olive trees, truly picturesque.

The villa and the grounds are so beautiful and the hospitality of the owners was perfect! They showed us around, had wine delivered to the villa from their vineyard and provided us with any info needed. I would reccomend it to anyone and will be returning in the years to come!

I booked the villa for a family holiday as it was my dad's 60th so a very special occasion. There were 9 of us and we had such an amazing week, the photos of the Villa looked stunning but when we arrived it was even better. The views of the Tuscan hills were almost 360o around the villa incredible and the pool area was idyllic, a perfect place to relax. The directions could have been a little more descriptive but we didn't have any problems finding the villa and it was only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport so a great location.
We were greeted by the owner Mr Roberto and his assistant Letizia who were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Letizia was always happy to answer any questions via email and make recommendations of places to go and see. We had a problem with the fridge and within an hour they sent someone out to look at it and supply a temporary one.
The villa itself was lovely, the open plan lounge and dining area was huge, I also agree with a previous comment that there is room for another sofa in there as you can't all sit comfortably together. The bedrooms were all well furnished and spacious, we opted to not have the air con on to save some money but it would have been good to have a fan in each of the bedrooms as it did get very hot.
The kitchen was a little small and you definitely couldn't fit 9 of you in there at any onetime, we also found that there was plenty of equipment but not 9 wine glasses or champagne flutes all a bit of a mis match!
Despite very small criticisms these were very minor and we would definitely go back. From reading a previous review we also got a local chef to come in on the night of my dad's 60th which was fantastic, we had a great meal, with a lot of food and alcohol. I would definitely recommend this.
We could have easily spent everyday relaxing by the pool but the the villa is well located to visit areas of Tuscany, so we took the train to Siena and Florence and drove to other towns in the region. The local town of Montaione is very picturesque, it has a reasonable sized supermarket, good restaurants and a great cafe for local coffee and gelateria.

Our group was very impressed with the Villa. The owner, Roberto, greeted us and showed us around the property. It was quiet and secluded and the property is amazing. We did have a little bit of difficulty finding the Villa originally as the signs have a different name for it. It is a beautiful place and we would definately recommend it and stay again. We had a Chef come and cook for us on the owners recommendation and had the most amazing meal. I highly suggest anyone staying here do the same. The only issue we had was the water heater as we all wanted to shower in the mornings and the hot water ran out quick.
