The house and swimming pool were fantastic, we (5 families) had a great fortnight in a marvellous region. The house owners were very reachable and friendly, assisted and informed us correctly and promptly when needed.
The only negative point at the house is that several dogs of the neighbourhood come into the domain of the villa to beg for food and rest in the outside chairs. This issue was alerted to the owners, they will take care of it.

sehr schönes Anwesen in guter Lage, gepflegter Garten und wunderschöner Pool, der nur von den Gästen genutzt wird, sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Gastgeber (Verständigung in Englisch möglich), im Haus viel Platz, teilweise wäre etwas Pflege nötig; Böden, Bäder und Wäsche sauber und gepflegt, Betten (Matratzen) leider umkomfortabel, kein TV vorhanden

Worth the drive up the hill daily for the amazing views during the day and stunning sunsets in the evenings. We could find no fault with the villa. We loved it.

A wonderful location just a short walk from the beautiful town of Cortona.
Stunning vistas, beautiful pool, immaculate gardens and spacious home for our family reunion. The owner was very thoughtful with canapés on our first night and welcome cake and olive oil on arrival.

Nous avions loués ces maisonnettes pour quinze jours début juillet 2018. Le séjour fut très agréable, très reposant. Les photos ne rendent pas exactement compte de la beauté du jardin qui est extrêmement bien entretenu et grand.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles, serviables. Ils aiment créé des liens forts avec leur locataires car ils donnent beaucoup de leur personne pour que chacun passe d'excellentes vacances.

Very nice, but the outdoor dining area need an upgrade to match the price level. (Better furnitures with pillows, more sun umbrellas or best case a pergola)

Die Villa Nova ist eine einzigartige Villa. Sie ist traumhaft schön, wunderbar eingerichtet und von vielen Blumen umgeben. Ein Paradies in der Toskana!

One of the most amazing weeks that I can remember. The villa is the perfect place if you want to relax for a week and not have a care in the world. The interior is stunning and makes you feel like you have been whisked away into another time, whilst the views are simply breathtaking. The photos honestly do not show how incredible the views are.
We only had two slight issues, one being the wifi was very temperamental (if you need to work) and also communicating with Antonio (the grounds keeper) as he does not speak any English. However neither of these stop us from having an amazing week.
