Excellent location to visit Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra and Florence plus local vineyards. Apartment is adequate, but before booking it was impossible to figure out which apartment has direct access to pool and private outdoor space. I have asked Easy reserve customer service, but they didn’t have that info and we ended up in Casa Edera that lacks both. That was little dissapointing. We still though had a short walk access to pool and beautiful gardens with panoramic views towards San Giminiano. Very friendly owners, but unfortunately I don’t speak much Italian, so communication was limited.
Castel San Giminiano is a lovely, quiet village, has a grocery store and nice restaurant, bit on a pricey side though. Giovanna offered cooking, but we did not try it.

We very much liked the appartment. It was nicely furnished. Good to know: We used the kitchen quite intensively - All equipment is there and works perfectly. We liked Chiara's quick responses and actions to all our questions. The surroundings were breathtaking: the pool, the garden,... we loved the peace and quietness. Do try Sentierelsa as a day trip/hike: really beautiful! Thank you for having us, Chiara. We do hope to come back one day.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Ippolito war traumhaft! Der Pool ist auf einer Seite nicht so tief, sodass die Kinder toll darin spielen konnten, das Grundstück ist riesig und schattig und es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Paolo war extrem unkompliziert und hat sich diskret um den Garten gekümmert. Die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, wir waren in vielen Restaurants die einzigen Touristen und haben wunderschöne, urige Ortschaften kennen gelernt. Wir mieten jeden Sommer ein Ferienhaus mit unseren Freunden - diese Villa hat uns bis jetzt am besten gefallen!

The pool is not so deep on one side so that the children could play in it without any problem, the property is huge and shady and there are plenty of comfortable seating. Paolo was extremely straightforward and took care of the garden discreetly. We liked the surroundings, we were the only tourists in many restaurants and got to know wonderful, quaint villages. We rent a holiday home with our friends every summer - we liked this villa the best so far !Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

This truly is an 'Off Grid" experience and a great location for those wanting some time to truly chillout as well as experience some fantastic scenery as well as great walking trails. The view from the whole property is truly amazing and the pool allows for some a great break from the Summer heat. There are two good restaurants a short drive away and the town of Cortona is a 25 minute drive away. The train station is about a 30 minute drive with trains to Florence for day trips which take 1 hour and 15 minute. Many other towns are similar drives away.

Tranquillità, posizione ottima per visitare Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Lago di Bolsena, Il parco dei mostri, una media di 20 minuti di macchina dal locale. Buona accoglienza e pulizia La piscina e il giardino molto curata. Ci ritornerei volentieri

We were a group of 7 for a family vacation. The castle was beautiful. Staff available for any help, though we had complete privacy during our stay. Amazing views, beautiful decor and even a delicious onsite restaurant.
