this is an outstanding property! Everything is perfect, from the inside of the house: AC, appliances, Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms to outside: pool and best of all the magnificent view over a hidden gem of an estate.

This is a wonderful Villa, located just a 2-3 minute drive from Scicli, with amazing view, fantastic outdoor areas and a very nice interior.
Andrea, the host, was incredibly helpful to us, a very friendly and kind man.
Highly recommended, we would love to return.

La location est très agréable; le propriétaire est charmant et accommodant. Le seul bémol est que dans l'appartement Cantina on entend les locataires du dessus marcher et parler car l'isolation est nettement insuffisante entre les appartements.

Villa teto is a beautiful house with a magnificent view on the green Tuscan hills. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are convenient. The road to the villa is quite a challenge, as other guests have pointed out in their reviews, but doable. There is no airconditioning in the villa, so it can get very hot inside. At the outside dinner table, there is only room for 8 people. There's also a problem with the electricity, you cannot touch certain light switches because if you do the electricity fails. So it happened that we discovered that the fridge had stopped working over night. On one evening, we had a visit from a watchdog from a property in the neighborhood. Unfortunately this watchdog destroyed most of our inflatable pool toys. We mentioned this to the housekeeper, but no compensation was given. Taking these points into consideration, we find that overall villa teto deserves a 3-star rating.

Vriendelijk eigenaren. Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement met fijn zwembad. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de airco alleen op één slaapkamer aanwezig is en die dus alleen verkoeld. De rest van het appartement wordt dus niet verkoeld door de airco. Maar verder een fijne locatie!

Only small point of criticism is that the air-conditioning is only present in one bedroom, so it only cools that one. So the rest of the apartment is not cooled by the air conditioning. But otherwise a fine location!

Merveilleuse maison , avec vue magnifique sur la mer permettant de voir d'inoubliables couchers de soleil!
Nous avons adoré vivre nos vacances dans cette jolie et charmante maison idéalement placée pour visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne; l'espace piscine est très confortable, la piscine est grande et permet de passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables surtout la terrasse de devant toujours à l'ombre et très aérée. l'espace barbecue est très appréciable aussi.
Vacances mémorables et magnifiques!

We loved our holidays in this lovely and charming house ideally placed to visit the north west of Sardinia; the pool area is very comfortable, the pool is large and allows to spend good moments with family or friends. the outdoor areas are very pleasant especially the front terrace always in the shade and very airy. the barbecue area is very appreciable too.

Les enfants ont adoré la piscine !
