Beautiful villa located in the countryside between Siena and Florence, renovated in 2015 maintaining and enhancing the rustic style and at the same time equipping it with all comforts to ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment. The house is arranged over three floors and has an attractive design with a taste of modern combined with some antique furniture. The property also has a small fenced garden of 1,000 sq m. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (11m. x 5m. prof. 150cm.), there is also a nice loggia equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue.
Possibility to arrange chef service and cooking classes (upon request and to be paid on the spot); possibility of massages by professionals (to be arranged directly on the spot).

Downstairs: 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet). On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr schönes Rustico in toller Lage. Gute Ausstattung und herrlicher Pool sowie eine sehr schöne Aussenküche. Unteres Schlafzimmer im Souterrain riecht aber feucht (noch nicht unangenehm) und nur meines Erachtens nach nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen unterwegs.
