Sehr schönes Anwesen, großes Haus mit drei getrennten Wohnungen und ein riesiger Pool. Poolreinigung täglich, sehr nette Betreuer des Anwesens. Im Haus ist alles notwendige vorhanden, praktisch wäre ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle, aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Alles in allem ein Haus, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Rustico in toller Lage. Gute Ausstattung und herrlicher Pool sowie eine sehr schöne Aussenküche. Unteres Schlafzimmer im Souterrain riecht aber feucht (noch nicht unangenehm) und nur meines Erachtens nach nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen unterwegs.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal mit unserer Familie u. unserem Hund in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in der Toskana, alles ist traumhaft, die Panoramalage, das weitläufige Gelände, der Pool, die Ruhe, das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt, Vermieter sehr nett, Haus sehr authentisch u. gepflegt, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Besuch im nächsten Jahr.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage.Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber . Pool und Garten wurden täglich am Morgen gepflegt. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Die Ausstattung war komplett. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in dem Traumhaus, nur zu empfehlen. 17.06.23 Gerhard

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind okay. Der Pool ist groß und der Garten riesig und komplett eingezäunt.
Das Haus ist eher klein und mit alten Möbel ausgestattet. Die Matratze sehr hart und durchgängig, keine einzelnen Matratzen.
Wer nicht auf andauerndes Hundegebell steht, sollte sich auf jeden Fall Ohrenstopfen mitnehmen. ( Wir haben selbst einen Hund ) Die Lage ist okay. Im Radius von 20 bis 25 KM erreicht man Pisa Lucca und Livorno.
Das wichtigste zum Schluss. Man sollte sich bei Ankunft auf jeden Fall den Zählerstand vom Strom notieren um bei der Abrechnung keine böse Überraschung zu erleben.
Daran hatten wir nicht gedacht und uns gewundert, dass wir knapp 70 Euro für 10 Tage Urlaub bezahlen mussten, obwohl wir keine Klimaanlage genutzt haben und tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Der Vermieter spricht ausschließlich italienisch. Er ist nett und hat sich gekümmert wenn was war. Im Pool fuhr morgens täglich der Roboter, was zwar Sinn macht, aber dadurch war es leider nicht möglich morgens vor oder nach dem Frühstück im Pool zu baden.
Meine Bewertung soll keine große Kritik darstellen, sondern eine offene und ehrliche Bestandsaufnahme sein.

Malmantile Villa is amazing. Highly recommended.

We can only try to explain just how absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful the Malmantile villa is!

The location, facilities, service and just general beauty were 5-star.

The Villa at Malmantile is a charming old convent renovated and restored.

The people that run it were so kind in welcoming us with a tour of the villa and gifted us a basket filled with fresh produce from their gardens, as well as their own creations of both the most divine olive oil and a deliciously rich bottle of red wine which were handcrafted from the vineyard and olive groves surrounding the villa!!

The pool is amazing. The Villa private and well kept.

Despite being a little late due to our Vueling flights into Florence, Michael and his colleague welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Michael was often around the villa and came to clean the pool and tidy some things up for us throughout the stay which was so kind, and he made sure to let us know of the upcoming public holiday during our stay and that stores would be closed during this time which was very much appreciated!!

They provided us information about local supermarkets and activities, as well as advice about to how to get to local cities such as Florence and Pisa via car AND public transport.

You definitely need to hire a car, as the road leading up to the villa is a few kilometres, and down to the shops in Malmamtile is further still (the road up to the villa is gravel/dirt and can be a bit bumpy, but our front wheel drive rental from Florence airport was fine.

Thank you to Michael and the team who made our stay in this charming place incredible and something to forever remember. The home made olive oil from the olive groves in the estate was the best we have ever tasted. Just wish we could bring more home with us!
