Property Description

Brand new attic apartment, elegant and well furnished. Very comfortable: it can accommodate up to 4 people. With a beautiful terrace, ideal for relaxing under the sun, and for al fresco meals!

The apartment is on the 1st floor, without a lift. From the parking lot to the building, you have to go up and down a few steps. Then, there is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment level.

It is located in a quiet position, outside the city centre. Directly at the foot of the hill Monade, 20 meters above sea level (there is a short 50-metre uphill section to reach the house).
Available to our guests: two parking spaces, inside the internal courtyard, behind a manually operated gate. (The entrance is not suitable for very low cars – please be careful when you enter end exit the gate!)
Just 300 meters from an excellent typical Ligurian restaurant (Veggia Dian)!

If you're used to walking, you can reach the center and the beaches without taking the car:
- the closest beach is 850m away (new free beach of Diano Marina, with pebbles, and equipped bathing establishments).
- the center of Diano Marina is 1 km away (the pedestrian area is 1.4 km away).
- the seafront promenade of San Bartolomeo al Mare is 1.3 km away.
For sports enthusiasts: 350m from padel courts (where equipment can be rented).
The area is also very nice for trekking and mountain biking (and e-mountain biking). There are many hiking trails in the valley, as well as uphill and downhill sections for MTB (most of them higher level difficulty!)

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a study room with desk and air conditioning. Large and bright living room, with fully equipped kitchen corner, including dishwasher.
Bathroom with both tub and shower.

The apartment does NOT have a Wi-Fi connection.

Interior Description

Large attic apartment, with a beautiful terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Equipped with a table, chairs and two sunloungers, with a nice view over the surrounding hills (and a small corner of the blue sea!), and a manually operated awning.
The terrace leads to a utility room / laundry room, with washing machine, sink, drying rack.

The living area consists of an open space with a fully equipped kitchen:
dishwasher, cooking hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle; dishware, cooking pots and pans, wine glasses; dining table.
Living room with sofa and another table, air conditioning.
A double bedroom, with air conditioning.
A bedroom with two single beds (on request they can be joined into a double bed), also with air conditioning.
Study room, with desk and air conditioning.
A bathroom, with bath and shower, double sink, toilet, bidet.
NO TV, NO WI-FI.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: from 16:00 to 20:00 ; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Late arrival (after 20:00): check-in after 20:00 is on request, with an extra cost to pay at arrival.
Arrival from 20:00 to 22:00 = €50.
Arrival from 22:00 to 05:00 = €150.
Arrival from 05:00 to 07:00 = €100.
Arrival from 07:00 to 14:00 = €30.
