Villa Lily is governed by a set of rental rules designed to ensure a comfortable and well-organised stay for all guests. The minimum stay required is 5 nights, with a flexible changeover day available outside peak periods. From 18 July 2026 to 21 August 2026, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is available upon prior agreement for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00. Check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned at departure subject to any deductions for damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot. The private swimming pool, measuring 9x3 meters, is available open all seasons and can be heated upon request for an additional fee, ensuring a comfortable swim regardless of the season. The pool area is elegantly furnished with sunloungers, inviting you to relax and soak in the surrounding scenery. Adjacent to the pool, a covered outdoor area provides a shaded retreat furnished with garden furniture, perfect for leisurely afternoons in the open air. Alongside the main building, a dedicated exterior dining area complete with a table, chairs, and a barbecue offers the ideal setting for al fresco meals enjoyed against the backdrop of the lake. The garden is maintained by a dedicated garden maintenance service, ensuring the grounds remain immaculate throughout your stay. An audio system extends into the garden and by the pool, allowing you to enjoy music seamlessly as you move between the indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa.
Other Information
Villa Letizia can be rented in 2 configurations: the main villa alone, or the main villa together with the Lake Suite, each available at different rates. The Lake Suite cannot be rented independently to other guests if the main villa has already been booked. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out is at 9am. A late arrival may be arranged upon request and subject to the approval of the owner. A refundable security deposit of 3,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged accordingly, and heating is available as an additional cost. A cleaning fee applies separately for the main villa and the Lake Suite. Every bedroom throughout the villa and the Lake Suite is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, ensuring individual comfort in each room. The included services cover housekeeping for 2 hours daily, bed linen changed every 3 nights, bath linen changed every 3 nights, pool towels changed as needed, and spa towels changed as needed. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a basket of local products, along with 12 bottles of still water and 12 bottles of sparkling water provided on a weekly basis. The villa is also stocked with Etro amenities, bathrobes, and pool and spa towels. Additional included features encompass a gym equipped with 6 Kettler machines, a hot tub with chromotherapy, an audio multi-room system throughout the villa, the garden, and the pool area, and a WMC System in the Lake Suite. The local tourist tax is included in the rental price. Upon request, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs are available for families traveling with young children.
