Villa Lily is governed by a set of rental rules designed to ensure a comfortable and well-organised stay for all guests. The minimum stay required is 5 nights, with a flexible changeover day available outside peak periods. From 18 July 2026 to 21 August 2026, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is available upon prior agreement for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00. Check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned at departure subject to any deductions for damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property.
