The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.
It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.

The non-heated pool is a true highlight of the outdoor experience, situated approximately 50 meters from the main house in a secluded position not visible from the interior of the property. Measuring an impressive 16 x 8 meters, the pool features a progressive depth ranging from 1.00 meter to 2.10 meters and is purified with chlorine. Its border and internal Roman staircase are crafted from lava stone, while the interior of the tub is finished in polished gray concrete, lending the space a sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic. The surrounding terracotta solarium is bordered by a lawn and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering the perfect setting for sunbathing during the day and savoring a glass of local wine at sunset. An outdoor shower with cold water and a service bathroom are conveniently located within easy reach of the pool area. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Unit Layout
Villa Terre Normanne accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed among 3 separate architectural bodies positioned approximately 30 meters apart from one another, each with its own distinct character and charm.
The Main House spans approximately 250 square meters across 2 floors connected by an external staircase. The main access is on the first floor, where a generous living area features comfortable sofas and an impressive dining table for 14 people. The large fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island and a working fireplace flanked by 2 armchairs, opens directly onto an outdoor terrace with a dining area for 8 people. This floor also houses 2 elegant double bedrooms, both offering panoramic views of the volcano and each featuring an en suite bathroom in an open-space configuration: one with a bathtub and a shower, and one with a shower only. Descending the external staircase to the ground floor, guests discover "Il Vecchio Palmento," a beautifully renovated former wine-production space now serving as a cellar for tasting DOC wines from the Etna area as well as wines produced on the estate itself. This level also includes a living area with a sofa and TV, a guest bathroom, and a separate laundry space. On the opposite side of the external staircase, a double suite with a double private entrance features a sitting area and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
Annex 1 is the ancient peasant house of approximately 150 square meters, developed across 2 floors. The ground floor entrance leads to a living room with a sofa and a working fireplace, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor terrace with a dining table for 8 people shaded by a canopy. A double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower completes this level. A spiral staircase at the entrance leads to the upper floor, where 2 additional double bedrooms are found: one with a small balcony and an en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi, and the other with a private bathroom with a shower. A study completes this upper floor.

The 14th century, when this strip of land near Arezzo, which marked the border between the two Italies, the Lombard and the Byzantine, saw the construction of an imposing square building dominated by a mighty tower at about 570 metres above sea level.
La Torre di Vignale, with its distant military origins, still witnessed today by traces of battlements and a few embrasures, has been renovated, has regained the importance and charm of the past, standing out again majestically among dense forests of oak and chestnut trees and ready to welcome you, perfect for groups of families or friends who want a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.
The house is surrounded by a large and panoramic garden, full of flowers and equipped with a very special pergola, made in the old pigsty, with wooden table and benches and coloured cushions. At your disposal there is also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven placed not far from the pergola, a perfect corner for your dinners and barbecues with family and friends.
At the edge of the garden, on a terrace in a dominant position with respect to the house and the valley below, you will find the beautiful swimming pool (size 9x9 m - depth 1.20-2.20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), equipped with sunbeds and a wooden gazebo, if you prefer to enjoy it sheltered from the hot summer sun.
