On the ground floor, a large and welcoming living area encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge that opens directly onto the main terrace. This floor features 1 twin bedroom, with the option to join the beds to form a double, complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as 2 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest bathroom and a dedicated laundry room complete the ground floor layout. The first floor hosts a spacious living area that opens onto a large terrace offering panoramic views of the pool, Cefalù, and the sea. On this floor, 1 double bedroom, with a bed that can be separated into twins, features an en-suite bathroom with shower, while 2 further double bedrooms, also with beds that can be separated, each include a loft area with 2 single beds and their own en-suite bathroom with shower, providing flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

Pets are accepted at Villa Provenza on request and subject to prior authorization by the owner, who must be informed of the number, animals, size, and breed before arrival. Please note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests arriving with animals. Urban waste disposal is the responsibility of guests during their stay; failure to comply with waste disposal requirements will result in a charge of €70.00 per week, payable at check-out. The weekly rate includes utilities such as gas for cooking, water, and electricity, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of €1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
