Directly outside the living room French window, a large porch furnished with a table and chairs provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining and leisurely gatherings in the shade. The centrepiece of the outdoor space is the magnificent non-heated infinity pool, positioned just 15 metres from the house and immersed in the surrounding garden. Rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 12 metres, the pool features a border in Tuscan travertine and is internally lined with mosaic tiles, lending it an elegant and distinctly regional character. The depth varies from 1.20 metres to 2.20 metres, and access to the water is made easy via large steps. The pool is equipped with chlorine purification, as well as lighting both inside and outside the water. Along one side, a discreet hedge provides a sense of privacy, while fragrant roses frame the perimeter and a carpet of well-kept lawn surrounds the sunbathing area, which is furnished with sunbeds, an awning, and a hammock. A wooden gazebo with table and chairs completes this outdoor retreat, and an outdoor shower is also available for guests' convenience.
