A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.
