Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Malmantile, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 19 km (12 mi) from Florence. Malmantile is a lovely stone building (350 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms.
What to Expect
The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a confortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. A 600 metre drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine.
When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany.
