Guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 metres, enclosed for privacy and safety, with seasonal availability from 15 May to 30 September and pool opening hours from 8:00 to 20:00. The property is surrounded by a generous yard that enhances the sense of space and natural beauty, while parking is conveniently available directly at the house. A shower and WC are conveniently located within the pool area for guests' comfort. A spacious patio and terrace provide ideal settings for outdoor dining and relaxation, while a barbecue facility invites guests to enjoy al fresco meals in the warm Tuscan evenings. "Ortensia" is a well-equipped residence that caters to a variety of guest needs throughout their stay. A washing machine is available inside the house for guests' convenience. Linen changes and towel changes are available upon request and subject to a supplementary charge. Daily room cleaning can also be arranged on request for an additional fee. A cook service is available on request for an extra charge. A storeroom is available for guests' use during their stay. Please be aware that the motor access road is approximately 2,200 metres long and bumpy in nature, and during winter months it is strongly recommended to carry snow chains. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the surrounding area. Baby equipment is included for families travelling with young children. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
