Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Teto is a beautiful vacation rental (250 sq m) with air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms. Conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from San Gennaro, Italy and only 18 km (11 mi) from Lucca.
The Experience
Teto belongs to the Fattoria di Fubbiano, an estate producing one of the most renowned wines of the Lucca area. We also offer for rent here, since many years, two of the ancient properties belonging to the characteristic 'borgo': Fubbiano, the main villa, and Magrini, a restored farmhouse.
The property is divided in main house and small dependance.
