The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside. In Monte San Savino, which is just a few kilometres away, it will be pleasant to spend evenings out, dining in typical restaurants or enjoying an aperitif sitting at tables in the colourful cobbled streets.
From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Around the house you will find a large green area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children's games, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch. The villa is internally composed by five independent apartments, each with its own entrance and not communicating internally; in spite of this one offers a large dining area with a table suitable to seat the entire group (ground floor, in front of the pool).

The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

Access to the property is through an iron gate, with a private parking area just outside, while a second entrance leads to the common courtyard and the entrances to the main house. The garden, embellished with olive trees, fruit trees and meadows, gently follows the natural slope of the land. In a private and sunny position is the swimming pool, flanked by a suggestive outdoor theater. A short distance from the main building, the renovated former barn includes a service bathroom, a large kitchen with wood oven and an outdoor shed equipped with a dining table and mobile barbecue, continuing in a cozy outdoor living room. Next to the living room of the main villa, a large lawn houses a dining area shaded by a pergola, also perfect for evenings with outdoor cinema thanks to the video projector. The 2,000 square metre park surrounding the farmhouse is predominantly covered in lawn and bordered along its perimeter by a mixed hedge that ensures both privacy and a natural aesthetic. A pergola furnished with a table and chairs is positioned just outside the kitchen French window and adjacent to the pool area, creating an ideal setting for outdoor dining and leisurely gatherings in the shade. The swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of guests, is rectangular in shape and lined internally with PVC. It measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 metres, and features submerged steps for easy entry. The pool is non-heated and is equipped with a chlorine filtration system. A dedicated sunbathing area surrounds the pool, furnished with loungers and umbrellas, and a discreet hedge borders the sides to enhance the sense of intimacy. The pool is accessible from the farmhouse entrances by walking just a few steps across the lawn and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
