A barbecue is also available, making the outdoor dining area an ideal setting for leisurely al fresco meals during warm summer evenings.

Weekly room cleaning is included, and a housemaid is available upon request for guests who require additional housekeeping assistance. For those wishing to enjoy home-cooked meals without the effort, a cook can also be arranged on request. Heating is available within the villa from November 1st to April 15th and is payable on the spot. Guests are kindly asked to conduct themselves respectfully and quietly in consideration of the surrounding neighborhood. Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
