Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool measures 6 x 12 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.80 meters, and is completely fenced for safety and privacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the photos of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the property, approximately 40 metres from the house, and is reached by a flight of steps across the lawn in front of the main entrance. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.50 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It features Roman steps for water access, as well as both internal and external lighting along the perimeter. A large solarium in travertine surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with comfortable deck chairs, small tables, and a gazebo. Adjacent to the gazebo is a small annex containing a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is bordered by large vineyards and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the sleeping area is arranged. The bathrooms on this floor include 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower, 3 bathrooms with shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, accessible directly from outside, there is a self-contained small apartment consisting of a sitting room with a stovetop and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with a fan, and 1 shower bathroom. Please note that within the property, a barn located 50 metres from the main house is reserved for the owners' use.
