The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
