Agriturismo Il Gattero is a lovely property with a total of five separate units that is conveniently located 12 km (7 mi) from Peccioli, Italy and only 30 km (18 mi) from San Gimignano. Agriturismo Il Gattero, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet and shared pool.
Appartamento Lilla (55sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests.
There is a kitchen including stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.
The main entrance to the unit is on floor 1.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The appartment in the mainhouse was charming. The shower very poor.

Wij hebben erg genoten van het gastvrije verblijf bij Il Gattero! Het is prachtig gelegen bovenop de Toscaanse heuvels. Een ideale plek om tot rust te komen. De Toscaanse-/ en pizzaavond die worden verzorgd door Matteo en Massimo, zijn een aanrader! Tip: een koffiebar voor de ochtenduren en een broodjesservice zou het plaatje compleet maken, want de afstand naar een bakker is best ver.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll renovierte Unterkunft. Toller View auf die typische Toskana Landschaft. Sehr einsam gelegen, jedoch guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Volterra oder Siena. Piero allen voran und seiner ganzen Familie ein herzliches Dankeschön für diesen tollen Urlaub! 5 Sterne von 5!

Geweldige locatie en super gastvrije en vriendelijke familie. Qua ligging om dagtripjes te ondernemen ideaal, aangezien alles binnen een uur ongeveer te bereiken is (Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, maar ook kleinere plaatsjes in de omgeving zijn de moeite waard). Tweemaal per week kookt de familie voor de gasten (pizza-avond en toscaans diner), hetgeen echt de moeite waard is. Hierdoor direct contact met andere gasten in het appartementen complex.
De ligging is buitenaf op een heuvel waardoor rust echt aanwezig is. In september was het zwembad water al wat frisser, maar ook de moeite waard om een duik in te nemen.
De familie is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, helpen je bij vragen en spreken diverse talen.
Zeker de intentie om nog weer terug te komen.

As a place to go for a daytrip, everything is within reach of an hour (Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, but also smaller places in the area are worthwhile). Twice a week the family cooks for the guests (pizza evening and Tuscan dinner), which is really worth it. This allows direct contact with other guests in the residence.
The location is outside on a hill which makes for a real rest. In September the pool water was a little bit fresher but also worth a dip.
The family is very friendly and welcoming, helping you with questions and speaking different languages.
