The pool area in particular is set in a secluded and very panoramic position, where guests can entertain and relax enjoying the most spectacular views on Lucca and its towers , definitely one of the most beautiful views available on the plain of Lucca. The garden is fully fenced thus granting complete privacy. An appealing pergola creates the perfect shelter where to gather together for 'al fresco' meals or just relaxing admiring the views.
Starting from the 2020 season, the villa will feature a fenced swimming-pool.

The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo and it is walking distance to the pretty village of San Gennaro through a country path perfect for guests who would like to stay at a property walking distance from a restaurant. The English-speaking management is available for assistance and can arrange guided tours in the surrounding areas. Cooking services can be organised at extra cost.
