de tuin en de omgeving zijn top. het huis is mooi maar hier en daar ook gedateerd
Superfijn huis, eigenaar is heel aardig en heeft ons oa geholpen toen we een lekke band hadden en de garage niet terug belde. Heel fijn zwembad en prima bbq, hoofdgebouw is ruim met goede keuken en het bijgebouw ook ruim en prettig om in te slapen. Fijn dat er buiten twee zitgedeeltes/tafels zijn zo kun je altijd in schaduw zitten. Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Casa La Rotta is een prachtige Idillische plek. Dit heb je dat niet zo door wanneer je er naartoe rijdt, maar eenmaal daar ben je verrast. Dat komt door de begroeiing die het huis afschermt van de wegen en de verdere omgeving. Het huis is groot, koel maar toch romantisch en gezellig. Voordelen zijn de twee mooie beschutte terasssen en het vrij grote zwembad. De eigenaren zijn hartelijk, behulpzaam en de Engelse taal zeer machig. Wel moet je er rekening mee houden dat wanneer je met meer dan 6 personen bent, een deel van het gezelschap ondergebracht is in de bijhorende aparte woning, maar dat kan ook een voordeel zijn. Hier en daar kan het sanitair iets gemoderniseerd worden ter verhoging van het comfort. Alle bekende plekken in de omgeving zijn vanuit deze woning zeer goed bereikbaar en dat geldt zeker ook voor wat betreft de luchthaven van Pisa op ruim 20 minuten.

This is due to the vegetation that shields the house from the roads and the surrounding area. The house is large, cool yet romantic and cozy. Advantages are the two beautiful sheltered terraces and the fairly large swimming pool. The owners are cordial, helpful and they speak English. However, you must bear in mind that if you are with more than 6 people, part of the group is accommodated in the annexe, but that can also be an advantage. The sanitary facilities can be modernized here and there to increase comfort. All known places in the area are very easily accessible from this property and that certainly also applies to the airport of Pisa at approx. 20 minutes.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Wunderschönes Haus. Uns war nicht klar, dass die Räume in 2 Häuser verteilt waren. Wir wollten uns nicht trennen und haben am Ende überall geschlafen. Das Internet ist sehr langsam und man hat nicht überall Empfang. Aber das Haus hat Alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Hausbesitzer hatte die Gute das Haus mit Toilettenpapier, Handseife und Spülmittel zu versorgen, was unser Einkommen erleichterte.
Er gab uns sehr guten Tipps und war immer zur Hand.

We didn't want to separate and ended up sleeping all over the place. The internet is very slow and you don't have reception everywhere. But the house has everything you need. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house owner was so kind to provide the house with toilet paper, hand soap and detergent, which made our stay easier.
