Villa Monte Serra is fully equipped with all the amenities required for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The ground floor features an entrance leading into a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase connects to the lower floor, which hosts a large living room, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, 1 double bedroom with a private shower room, a third double bedroom with a shower room, and a single room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fitted with an espresso machine, a fridge with icemaker, and a microwave. A dedicated laundry room with a washing machine is also available. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. Included in the rental price are electricity and air conditioning, a final cleaning service, a welcome basket with local products, and pool towels. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The tourist tax is 1.00 euro per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, applicable for a maximum of 7 nights, and is to be paid in cash upon arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and from 21 June to 29 August the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
