A minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday is required, except for last-minute requests, while short stays and daily rates may be available in other seasons upon request. The welcoming service is provided for key collection and villa explanation, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. Concierge service is available from 9am to 7pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. A shuttle service to and from the estate restaurant is included for up to 8 people maximum for dinner upon prior reservation, though multiple round trips per villa are not available. Access to the villa requires traveling through the Antognolla Golf Course followed by 3 kilometers of white gravel road. Please note that while the roads are maintained in good condition, they are occasionally steep with loose stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-height cars or sport cars. It is strongly recommended that you arrange your own rental vehicle to travel inside and outside the estate, and it is preferable to explore the estate on foot or by bike. Only transfers arranged through the concierge team are permitted to access the estate. All extra services and activities including catering, cooking, and transfers can only be provided by or through the estate restaurant, and these services must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year.
