No changes to the first-night dinner menu are possible. Maid service is included 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath linens are changed on Wednesday and Saturday. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 4,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am.
