This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

The perfect place, in our opinion, for an unforgettable holiday.
The Etruscan city of Volterra is only 10 km away and a little further away you will find all the most famous art cities of Tuscany: San Gimignano 25 km, Pisa 50 km, Siena 65 km, Florence 75 km and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea 50 km. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
