You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. Casa San Piero is a beautiful stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool. The vacation home has a total of two independent apartments. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Casa San Piero is located in the centre of San Martino, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings".
The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.
