Casa Milena is a well-managed property designed to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. The spacious living area features a large sofa, a television, and dining facilities for up to 8 people, creating an inviting space for the whole group to gather. The first bedroom is elegantly decorated with careful attention to detail and is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a television, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a charming window overlooking the inner courtyard. The third bedroom, located along the corridor directly opposite the twin bedroom, includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. A generously sized master bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the remaining guests. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals or a leisurely morning breakfast with ease. Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A late check-in option is available from 21:00 onwards. A refundable cash deposit will be required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions for damages. A final cleaning fee applies at the end of the stay, and a city tax of 4.00 euros per person per day is collected in accordance with local regulations. A cot is available upon request. Should the house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to specific circumstances.
