This property comprises a main building and a nice barn which have been carefully restored preserving their original architectural features as well as their beautiful cotto-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.

The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment.
