On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a double room complete with its own shower and toilet. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 120 cm and is also equipped with a private shower and toilet. The ground floor also includes a combined kitchen and living room area with a dining table and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. A door from this living area leads directly out to the patio.

An exterior staircase connects the ground floor to the upper floor, which is important to note as it is the only means of access to this level. The upper floor features its own living and dining room, as well as 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is a double room with a shower and toilet, while the other is fitted with 2 single beds and its own shower and toilet. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
