The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Castiglione D'orcia, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montalcino.
The Ground Floor can't be rented and it is closed, as the owners live there occasionally.
They may use the pool too, when they are at the villa.
