On the ground floor, we have an additional room with a washing machine, an iron and other required essentials for laundering purposes.
A wide and convenient granite staircase, with large windows that overlook the garden, leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there is another living room, complete with a satellite TV featuring Sky. This room leads to a beautiful terrace on which there is a marble dining table for 10 to 12 people. The terrace is covered by a pergola and connected to a kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is also generously equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, breakfast cups, place mats and all the other daily necessities. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom, which is built on two levels and has a bathroom with a tub, a dressing room and a TV with My Sky. The other bedroom has one double bed and two single beds, a dressing room and quite a large bathroom with a shower.
Another huge terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola, can be reached from this terrace thanks to a very convenient staircase. It is fully equipped with sun chairs, tables, sofas and armchairs with pillows. It has a magnificent mini Jacuzzi pool (heated) for 4 to 6 people. Take a deep breath, as you will enjoy a beautiful view of the bright blue sea!
The house has a very spacious patio, which is also covered and equipped with tables, sofas and armchairs. Furthermore, the villa has a huge garden with comfortable sun chairs and tables that are arranged under an olive tree overlooking the sea. There is a very large porch at your disposal, should you choose to read a wonderful book in quietude and concentration. It is made of stones and conveniently equipped with comfortable tables and plush chairs.
You will find two added and welcome features, that being a characteristic well and a convenient pizza oven under the porch area, should you feel adventurous and may want to discover your hidden talent as a “Pizzaiolo”, pizza maker.
THE TOWER
The second unit is an ancient Saracen tower which was beautifully restored and incorporated into this unit.
The structure is unique and equipped with every comfort one can possibly imagine, so that life at its best may be enjoyed in the villa.
This early sixteenth century Saracen tower is beautiful and extremely comfortable. On the ground floor, there is an ample space with a sofa bed, a television and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has an enchanting bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, television, refrigerator, an espresso machine by Nespresso ® , air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bedroom offers a magnificent view of the surroundings of Sorrento from its double windows.
An extremely well-equipped terrace with sofas, armchairs and a fantastic sea view completes the tower. Viewing from this tower will make one’s imagination go wild, as you may picture a ship filled with the infamous invaders “Saracens” navigating their way to the nearby coast.
There are three entrance ways to the villa: the main one is located on a small porch from the 1900′s, the second entrance is in the garden and an additional one is in the parking lot. A pergola covers the parking area, which contains two parking spaces and an electric gate. This enchanting house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom a lovely outdoor area with a private pool and it can accommodate up to 5 people.
The exterior is nicely equipped with various sitting areas in order to enjoy the wonderful panorama of Capri and Mount San Costanzo, a unique scenery!

Villa Orlando is a fine and very elegant property located in Sant'Agnello center in a wonderful private garden (at less than 2 km from the heart of Sorrento), with all the facilities at walking distance.
This breathtaking property is part of a wonderful estate divided in two fantastic very large units however, the outdoor and the pool area are only for guest use.
The whole unit is spread over 3 levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a well-maintained garden and it can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. (2 people on a sofa-bed).
The outdoor is simply stunning, a well maintained garden all equipped with sunbeds, various sitting areas, a BBQ and of course a wonderful pool 8x4 mt (1,20-1,70 depth) as well as an external shower.
As you enter the villa from the main entrance you need to do about 30 steps to reach the entrance hall, and you will soon be welcomed by its incomparable style.
All is set to the highest standard of comfort and luxury.
The living room is very large and bright thanks to its floor to ceiling french doors and 2 windows where from you can admire a wonderful view from almost each corner of this entire floor.
The living area includes 2 very comfortable sofas, a TV, a beautiful dining table with chairs located just in front of a huge fireplace made in esteemed marble, absolutely beautiful, a perfect mix of modernity and tradition along with a touch of luxury throughout the whole villa.
