The rental rates are inclusive of a welcome basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, regular cleaning, and a change of bed linen and towels every 3 days, as well as a final cleaning service. A city tax of 4,00 euros per person per day applies for guests aged 18 and over, charged for stays of up to one week.
