Villa Paprika operates with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day to accommodate guests' travel schedules. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is offered for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00. Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00, and an early departure option is also available. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any exceeding consumption to be settled on site at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh. Also included in the rates are a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, a welcome basket filled with local products, and a baby cot. Villa Bel Prato is an exclusive property with private swimming pool situated halfway between Modica and Scicli, late baroque towns of the Noto Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage.
The villa is set in a tranquil, sunny, panoramic location, it is surrounded by a lush garden with aromatic and ornamental plants and boasts large terraces, a beautiful lawn and a stunning heated saltwater pool with hydro-massage jets.
The interior of the villa includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.
On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners during low and middle season (and is kept vacant in high season).
