Villa Cerretalta is in a wonderful position on a small hill surrounded by Brunello vineyards, within the national park of Val D'Orcia. The 7 bedroom, 6 bath property is set between the cities of Montalcino and San Quirico D'Orcia (both are about 10 km away), yet in few minutes you can reach the little town of Torrenieri (5 km) where you can find the nearest shops, supermarket and restaurants.
The owner occasionally uses the independent building nearby and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposal if you should need any help.
Cerretalta is completely surrounded by hedges and fences to guarantee total privacy. Nonetheless, you have a wonderful sight over the countryside.
Once you enter the gateway, there is a large courtyard plenty of tables and chairs at guests’ disposal as well as the brick barbeque. Across the court there is a lovely area with a big round stone table and matching benches sheltered from the sun by a pergola. Here there is also a second way out from the property, down a stone staircase and through a small iron gate.
There are two garden areas.
The first one is bordered by mature trees, should the guests enjoy a peaceful shady lawn, and it is situated next to a white travertine floored space with tables, chairs and parasol. This is the perfect location where you can have your meals, while taking in the beautiful view over the surrounding farmland.
From here, few stone steps lead to the second garden that is located near the poolside. A small gate possibly delimits the way so as to prevent little children from reaching the swimming-pool area without permission. Some fruit trees, flowers and shrubs brighten the place and there is also a gazebo with table and chairs. An extensive hedge marks the limits of the patch.

The outdoor space features a refreshing non-heated swimming pool measuring 6.50 by 3.50 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, available for your use from May 1st through October 31st. The first floor houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Apartment B accommodates 3 guests and is similarly distributed across two levels. The ground floor contains a living room with kitchenette including an oven, a single bedroom, and a small bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom. This configuration provides flexible sleeping arrangements suitable for families or groups traveling together while maintaining separate living spaces.

Other Information
Check-in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, and check-out is required by 10 am. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for both bedrooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided on a weekly basis. Upon arrival you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the local municipality. The fenced garden provides secure outdoor space throughout the property.
