Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. The villa has a private swimming pool 10x4 mt. depth 1,5 mt. with roman steps to walk in, there is also a Jacuzzi for 6 people and both faces a wonderful lake view! From this area, there is also a direct access to the lake from the villa's private dock, guests can use a rental boat or water-taxis to visit the charming villages of Lake Como as Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo.
The garden has also an equipped area with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals with amazing lake view.
